It's over.
President Obama is holding his final press conference today (Jan 18), two days before he hands of the reigns of power to Donald Trump.
He is expected to speak on his decision to commute the sentence of Chelsea Manning as well as Puerto Rican nationalist Oscar López-Rivera. He will most likely also speak about what he's going to do after he leaves office as well as the upcoming administration.
